On the Trip

You will basecamp in the Snowy Range Mountains after a short hike from the trailhead.

The practiced therapeutic modalities will be:

Attachment-Based Therapies
Attachment-based therapies focus on how early relationships shape our emotional and relational patterns. They help individuals understand how these relational patterns influence their current behaviors and relationships. By addressing wounds from past connections, participants can build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Interpersonal Neurobiology
Interpersonal neurobiology explores how our brains and nervous systems are shaped by relationships and experiences. It highlights the mind-body connection, showing how emotional health impacts physical health and vice versa. This approach helps participants understand how their brains can change and heal through supportive relationships and new experiences.

Experiential Therapy
Experiential therapy engages the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. These hands-on experiences allow participants to process emotions and experiences in real-time, fostering self-awareness, growth, and deeper healing.

Upon returning to the SROM base, you’ll return any group or rented gear, followed by a shower and a debrief with one of our staff. To officially close the course, you'll receive a completion certificate. Many teams then choose to celebrate with dinner at a local restaurant*.
